EUROGUM A/S and Bang & Bonsomer A/S Merger Confirmed

We’re happy to announce the completion of the merger between EUROGUM A/S and Bang & Bonsomer A/S.
EUROGUM A/S is now officially part of Bang & Bonsomer A/S. All the rights and responsibilities of EUROGUM A/S have been smoothly transferred to Bang & Bonsomer A/S.
No changes are happening to where we operate. Our team, office, and production facilities at Stamholmen 111A, 2650 Hvidovre, remain exactly as they were.
Any agreements and duties previously managed by EUROGUM A/S are now under the responsibility of Bang & Bonsomer A/S.
EUROGUM plays a pivotal role in the food industry by manufacturing carrageenan and alginate. These ingredients are widely used in various food products to enhance stability, texture, and mouthfeel.
