Key Sustainability Targets and KPIs for 2024:

  1. Sustained Market Presence:
    • Growth in turnover and employee numbers
    • Enhanced diversity in staff and management
    • High personnel retention rates
    • Improved EcoVadis score
  2. Carbon Neutrality:
    • Achieving a compensated carbon footprint in the EU by 2025 and globally by 2030
  3. Enhanced Chemical Management:
    • Reducing the percentage of CoGS destroyed after one year in stock.
  4. Improved Information Flow:
    • Increasing the percentage of turnover with a known carbon footprint
  5. Personnel Satisfaction:
    • Promoting opportunities for self-actualization and maintaining a high level of staff satisfaction

Continious growth:

  • Headcount as of 01.01.2025: 287


Diversity:

  • Staff: 46% female (–11 % vs 2023)
  • Age distribution (vs 2023): 19% under 35 (20%), 42.5% aged 36-50 (52%), and 38.5% over 50 (27%)
  • Management Group + Board (12 persons): 33% female, aged between 43-74, representing 4 nationalities (+1 vs 2023)

KPI 2024: Discrimination

According to the Personnel Survey, incidents of discrimination or other undesirable behaviour were reported by staff in four countries.
HR/Compliance was informed of one case (the individual involved is no longer with the company).

KPIs for 2024: Personnel Retention

Retention figures were not calculated due to significant structural changes within the company.


EcoVadis Rating:

  • Achieved 56 points in the overall score for 2024 (Commitment Badge)


Supplier and Chemical Management:

  • CoGS to be destroyed increased to 0.6219% from 0.4244% in 2022
  • 60% of suppliers, accounting for 80% of our turnover, have signed our ethical principles and labor force treatment assurance

  • Total emissions (location-based): 1,987 tCO₂e (3% decrease from 2023)
  • Emissions by scope:
    Scope 1 (direct): 17.5%
    Scope 2 (purchased energy): 6.5%
    Scope 3 (value chain): 76%
  • Main emission source: Logistics (52% of total emissions)
  • Fossil-free electricity: Over 93% (supplier-declared)

Scope 1: Company vehicle fuels and natural gas
Scope 2: Electricity and district heating
Scope 3: Transportation, energy production, business travel, waste, and commuting

♻️ Emission Reductions

  • Significant reductions in diesel use and business travel
  • Improved energy efficiency despite increased electricity consumption
  • District heating emissions reduced by 57%

🌱 Emission Intensity (2024)

  • Per turnover: 12.1 tCO₂e / M€ (–12% vs 2023)
  • Per employee: 7.8 tCO₂e (–41% vs 2023)

  • Data follows the GHG Protocol and was calculated using the Position Green platform.
  • The location-based method is used for Scope 2 emissions.
  • 2024 data includes newly acquired units to support future comparability.
  • Some Scope 3 categories (e.g., purchased goods) are not yet fully accounted for.
