Management Changes at Bang & Bonsomer Group Oy
Bang & Bonsomer Group Oy announces forthcoming changes in its executive leadership.
After 16 years of distinguished service, Chief Executive Officer Mikko Teittinen will retire at the end of 2025. Under his leadership, the company has achieved significant growth and development. We sincerely thank him for his leadership and commitment, which have been instrumental in the company’s growth and success. While stepping down from his executive role, Mikko will continue to contribute to the company as a member of the Board of Directors.
We are also pleased to announce that Ernestas Mitkus, currently Business Division Director of Fooding, will be appointed CEO effective January 1, 2026. Ernestas brings strong experience, deep knowledge of our company, and a proven record of delivering results. He will also become a minority shareholder, reflecting his commitment to the company’s long-term success. As CEO, Ernestas will report directly to the Chairman of the Board.
