Bang & Bonsomer has decided to increase its efforts in the equipments and accessories business . Today, June 2, 2008, Bang & Bonsomer Technics Oy has officially started its activities.

 SEK Group Oy’s managing director, Stefan Kevin, is the managing director of the new company, in which Bang & Bonsomer will have 80% of the shares and SEK Group the remaining 20%.  Hannu Kinnunen is the sales manager. Kirsi Ojanen takes care of all the back office activities. 

The company will operate in Bang & Bonsomer’s office facilities at Itälahdenkatu 18 in Helsinki and the primary market will be Finland and, in a later stage, the Baltic countries.
